Comic Energy deemed "The Attitude of Philly" and Philly's hottest sketch comedy troupe takes on a new endeavor; a brand new production every week.

Every Tuesday night Comic Energy will be performing brand new sketches combined with top local standups and musical acts in conjunction with Tori's (119 South Street).

"The show will be somewhat like SNL", says Sergio Santana the producer of the night.

"We are looking to bring some of that to Philly, and we are really excited with the opportunity and the talent we have in place."

Director of Comic Energy James Daly is also optimistic.

"Hey when your in the sketch comedy business, you know its one of the hardest if not the hardest part of theatrical entertainment; preparation is the key and staying on top of everything, and always coming up with fresh ideas and getting your cast to embrace them from a writer's standpoint it's not always an easy thing to do."

Well from the looks of what the troupe has accomplished recently it's without a doubt that Tuesday nights will be fun to watch.

Coming off their sell out Halloween performance this past weekend, the group is looking to build even more energy.
