You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown is best noted as, “A typical day in the life of Charlie Brown” and it is just this. You’re favorite comic strip brought to life, we join Charlie (Michael Indiglio) as he wakes up in the morning, eats his lunch, and stresses about Valentines Day and baseball games. Charlie is joined by several of his classic friends, Snoopy (who talks and sings!) (Luke Martin), his sister Sally (Jaimie L. McMillin), his arch nemesis Lucy (Maureen E. Lynch), the musical prodigy Schreoder (Michael Miller), and the surprise academic Linus (Shane Courtney) among others of his old friends. This revised version of You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown keeps the old favorites from the 1967 version and adds some new scenarios and songs opened in 1999 and continues to be a favorite for old and young alike. The Academy Theatre revival includes some local talent and many actors from New York City and Philadelphia and brings top quality entertainment, as they have been doing now for four years.
