"...A Little of This...A Little of That!..." Denise Whelan stars in Act II cabaret on October 29 For Immediate Release: October 12, 2005 The first musical cabaret of the season at Act II Playhouse presents Denise Whelan in “A Little of This…A Little of That!” on Saturday, October 29. Showtime is 8 PM, tickets cost $20 and can be purchased by phone at 215-654-0200 or at the box office, 56 E. Butler Avenue, Ambler, PA. Ms. Whelan and her two accompanists will take you from Sondheim to Gershwin, Andrew Lloyd Weber to Jerry Herman, the complete world of Musical Theatre, plus more in a presentation that just played to rave reviews in New York City. The very talented Denise was a Barrymore nominee for best supporting actress in the Arden Theatre presentation of Sweeney Todd, is currently appearing as Grisabella in Cats at the Media Theatre and has appeared at the Walnut Street Theatre in Cats, Pump Boys and Dinettes, La Vie En Bleu, I Do I Do and Parade (a staged reading) directed by Harold Prince.
