Family Stages plays and workshops brighten the winter - Peter Pan opens winter season For Immediate Release: January 6, 2005 Family Stages Winter Season opens with an exuberant production of PETER PAN. This fun-filled production is performed entirely by two actors bringing 10 characters to life on stage. Four performances of the play are set for January 16-19. Curtain time on Sunday, January 16 is 2:00 PM. The shows on Monday through Wednesday (17-18-19) are at 10:00 AM. Tickets are $6.00. The theatre is located in Christ's Lutheran Church, Pennsylvania & Rech Aves., Oreland, PA. Tickets can be reserved by calling 215-886-9341. Company founder Steve Seyfried will be joined by Monica Moran in this hilarious, two actor version of PETER PAN. The costumes fly fast and furiously as these two dynamic performers bring all the characters to life, Peter, Wendy, John, Michael, Nana the Dog, Tick the Crocodile, Tiger Lily, Captain Hook, Smee and other pirates, Tootles and other lost boys. Family members age 3 and up will surely enjoy this fast paced, hilarious production. The 2005 Family Stages Winter Season also includes performances in February and March. There has been a change in the previously announced schedule of the February show. ALADDIN will run February 20-23. ROBIN HOOD completes the Winter Series March 12-15. Tickets for all shows are $6.00. Group rates are available for schools for the weekday shows. Family Stages will also offer the popular Create-A-Play program once again. Children ages 8-14 can join in three days of creative dramatics with Steve and Monica. The January series is 1/15-16-17 and February runs 2/19-20-21. The fee to participate is $80. Parents can register a child by calling the theatre at 215-886-9341.
