DRAMATURG for part/all of the 2010 season. Looking for recent grad w/dramaturgy focus or person w/theater background and knowledge of dramaturgy and would want this valuable experience. Although it is not a paid position, it brims with opportunity and provides a unique and beneficial theatrical credit. Would ask the individual, through historical and cultural research into the season selection of plays, to create a packet for actors and work with the director prior to/during rehearsals. The position may also include script evaluation and oversight, contextual research, program and study guide notes and perhaps the conducting of audience discussions and related work in conjunction with a marketing plan.
